SOLENA Brunch & Bar ("SOLENA", "we", "us") operates a restaurant at 1224 St Clair Ave W, Toronto, Ontario M6E 1B4, Canada, and this website. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Ontario law.

We only collect what we need to serve you:

• Reservations. Your name, email address, phone number, party size, requested date and time, and any notes or accessibility requests you send us.
• Accounts. If you create an account, your email address and an encrypted password, plus any order or reservation history tied to that account.
• Enquiries. Anything you include when you email us, submit a form, or join our mailing list.
• Website usage. With your consent, aggregate analytics such as pages viewed, approximate region, device type, and referring site.

We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not collect payment card numbers on our own servers.

• To confirm, modify, or cancel your reservation and to contact you about it.
• To operate your account and show you your booking history.
• To respond to questions, feedback, and private-dining enquiries.
• To send you menus, seasonal news, and offers, if you opted in.
• To keep the site secure, prevent misuse, and understand how it is used.

We never sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that affects you.

We share information only with providers who help us run the restaurant and this website, and only to the extent they need it. These include our website hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider (for reservation confirmations), our analytics provider, and — if online ordering is enabled — a PCI-compliant payment processor that handles card details directly. Some providers may store data outside Canada, in which case the data may be subject to the laws of that country.

Reservation records are kept for up to 24 months so we can recognise returning guests and resolve disputes. Account data is kept while your account is open. Mailing-list data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form only.

We use access controls, encryption in transit, and row-level database permissions so that guests can only see their own records. No system is perfectly secure, but we review our safeguards regularly and will notify you and the appropriate authorities if a breach creates a real risk of significant harm.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, withdraw consent to marketing or analytics, or ask how your data has been used. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
