By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest revision.

• A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us. Requests are subject to availability.
• Please arrive on time. We hold tables for 15 minutes past the reserved time, after which the table may be released.
• Please cancel or change your booking as early as possible so we can offer the table to another guest.
• We may decline or cancel a reservation where there is a duplicate booking, a suspected fraudulent booking, an operational closure, or conduct that affects other guests or our team.
• Large parties and private events may be subject to separate written arrangements.

Menus, dish descriptions, and prices on this site are provided for information and can change without notice. Seasonal items and daily specials may be unavailable. Prices shown exclude applicable taxes and gratuity unless stated otherwise.

Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, sesame, soy, shellfish, and other allergens, so we cannot guarantee that any dish is free from traces of them. Vegan and other dietary labels describe the recipe as prepared, not the kitchen environment. If you have an allergy or intolerance, please tell your server before ordering so we can advise you directly.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Please give accurate contact details, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend an account that is used unlawfully or abusively.

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access data that is not yours, scrape content at scale, or use the site to send unlawful, misleading, or harmful material.

The SOLENA name, logo, photography, menu copy, and site design belong to SOLENA Hospitality Group and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

The site links to third-party services such as maps, parking directions, and social media. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices.

The site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOLENA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from a reservation that cannot be honoured. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute.
